The Spaulding Outpatient Center for Children Lexington specializes in the pediatric rehabilitation of autism spectrum disorders, coordination disorders, developmental delays and disabilities, learning disabilities, neurologic rehabilitation, neuromuscular disorders, pediatric rehabilitation, seizure disorder, sensory integration and sensory processing disorders, genetic disorders, communication disorders and speech/language delays.

The Spaulding-Lexington Pediatric Program is a joint venture with Massachusetts General Hospital for Children and The Lurie Center.
